Branching out with Rhubarb

Yesterday I noticed rhubarb beginning to emerge in the garden, and decided it was ok to use up the remaining rhubarb in the the freezer from last season's harvest. I pulled ingredients from a few of my favorite recipes for banana bread and zucchini bread, and it turned out delicious!
